Quinoa Pulao Recipe

It is light and fluffy when cooked and is a great substitute for rice as well. Rich in iron, magnesium, and antioxidants, it supports energy and gut health as well. Ingredients required
1 cup quinoa, 2 cups water, 2 onions, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste, 1 carrot, 1/2 cup cauliflower, 1/2 cup peas, 1/4 cup beans, salt to taste, 1/2 tsp garam masala, 4 tbsp ghee, and 2 tbsp coriander leaves

Step 2
In a pan, heat 2 tbsp ghee and add the soaked and strained quinoa.

Wash and soak quinoa for 15-20 mins and keep it aside.

Sauté for 2 mins and then add 2 and half cups of hot water and salt to taste. Cover and cook for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, heat 2 tbsp ghee and add onions and ginger garlic paste. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes

Add the veggies, salt and garam masala and mix well. Cover and cook until veggies turn soft.

Once done add the cooked quinoa and mix well.

Step 7
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with curd.
