Ingredients required

1 cup spinach leaves, ½ cup green peas, 1 large boiled potato, 1–2 green chilies, 1-inch ginger, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, ½ tsp cumin powder, ½ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp chaat masala, 2–3 tbsp besan, salt to taste, and oil for shallow frying

Step 1

Blanch spinach leaves and green peas for 5-7 minutes.

Give them an ice bath and then add to a mixing bowl.

To this, add boiled potato, chilies, ginger, and coriander leaves.

Add cumin powder, garam masala, chaat masala, salt, and roasted besan. Mix well into a smooth dough-like mixture.

Divide into equal portions and shape into round or oval kebabs.

Heat a pan, drizzle oil, and shallow fry the kebabs on medium flame until crisp and golden on both sides.
