Ingredients
150 grams/1 cup cooked leftover rice, 1 cup grated coconut, 2 whole red chilies, 7-8 curry leaves, ½ tsp mustard seeds, 2 tbsp ghee, and whole spices like star anise, javitri, and cinnamon. 1 tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp jeera seeds, 1 large onion, 2 green chilies, salt and pepper as needed, and 1 tsp chana dal.
