    In a large bowl, sieve sooji well.

    Add the same amount of hot water over it.

    ⁠Mix and rest for 5-6 mins until the sooji fluffs up.

    To begin with this easy recipe, sift the flour and make a smooth dough by mixing wheat flour, maida, turmeric, salt and oil. Make a smooth dough. Cover and let it rest for at least 30–40 minutes.
