Ingredients required

3/4 cup sooji, 3/4 cup hot water, 2 boiled potatoes, 1/2 cup wWhole wheat flour, salt to taste, 1 tsp red chilli powder, 1/2 tsp turneric powder, 1 tsp carom seeds, 1 tsp cumin seeds, a pinch of hing, 1 tsp kasuri methi, 1 tbsp coriander leaves, 1 tsp oil

Step 1

In a large bowl, sieve sooji well.

Add the same amount of hot water over it.

⁠Mix and rest for 5-6 mins until the sooji fluffs up.

Add whole wheat flour and boiled potatoe. Also, add the spices and knead a soft dough.

⁠Once the dough is prepared rest it for 5-6 mins and then cut into small balls and roll out rotis.

Heat a tawa and place the roti and cook on a low flame evenly.
