1 cup water, ½ teaspoon turmeric powder or ½ inch fresh turmeric, 1-inch piece of fresh ginger, 1 tbsp honey, ½ teaspoon black pepper, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 3 cups of water, ½ tsp black salt.
