Green Moong Dosa

Ingredients required
1 cup green moong, 2 tbsp rice, 1–2 green chillies, 1-inch piece ginger, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds, salt to taste, 1/2 cup water, ghee for cooking

Step 1
Rinse and soak green moong and rice in enough water for 6–8 hours or overnight.

Drain the water and blend soaked moong with ginger, green chillies, cumin, salt, and a little water to make a smooth batter.

Let the batter rest for 30 minutes for better texture.

Heat a non-stick or cast-iron tawa and grease it well.

Pour a ladle of batter and spread it in a circular motion. Drizzle oil around the edges.

Cook until the bottom is crisp and golden.
